Diversity and inclusion is becoming more and more important in Poland, specifically in FMCG industry. However, there is still potential for further development both for individuals and organizations. Lead Network is giving us the possibility to go broader by knowing the best practices from other European markets, connecting the business network locally, and building awareness around D&I topics.
Our goal for Poland Chapter is to act by inspiration, mentoring, and getting together people from business to make this topics important and addressed on an ongoing basis.
Since our Chapter launch in 2020, our membership has grown to more than 500 active members. If you are interested to join our Chapter, please login our Member Platform and request to join the Poland Chapter.

Fundacja – Share the Care
In the year 2000 Island introduced the shared parenting policy, it was motivated by the welfare of the child. The decision makers based the new regulation on the fact that the child should have equal opportunities to build strong bonds with both parents and open access to both. After 20 years, we know that this policy works very well and benefits not only children, but also mothers, fathers and society.
Recently the government in Poland has introduced important changes in the Labour Code resulting from the implementation of the work-life balance directive in Poland and only a little percentage of men are currently benefiting for it. LEAD Network Poland Chapter is partnering with Share the Care Foundation, an organization with the goal to prepare the Polish society for changes in the area of sharing childcare leave between a woman and a man.
