We partnered with The Hoxby Collective, a global community of freelancers that work remotely to deliver client work and consultancy while working in the ultimate flexible approach. They shared with us some key learnings in the culture and environment that’s needed to enable flexible working in its broadest sense and shared experiences from their own journey as well as insights from work they have done with more traditional organisations.

THE IMPACT OF GENDER NEUTRAL PARENTAL LEAVE ON LEADERSHIP SKILLS

During this webinar Sonia Malaspina, HR Director for South Europe at Danone, shared the work she’s been doing in Italy to shift the perception of parental leave and implement a gender-neutral parental leave policy. In addition, she shared some interesting research that they have done about how parental leave enhances certain leadership skills in individuals as an additional benefit for the organisation and the individual.
