The Turkey Chapter was established back in 2017. Our mission is to build awareness on diversity and inclusion in the Retail and FMCG sector in Turkey. CEO Roundtable – 22 September
As Turkey chapter, we are very proud to welcome leading CEO’s of consumer-packaged goods & retail industry come together and start a dialogue on D&I. Global researches and industry best practices will be shared, so that all participants can openly discuss the challenges and benefits. We are confident that this will be the right step towards building collective action plan for the near future.
LEAD TO LEAD Mentorship Program 4th Edition – May 25
As Turkey Chapter, we are very pleased to announce the launch of the 4th edition of LEAD TO LEAD Mentorship programme. The event was moderated by Murat Koç (Head of Sales/ Barilla) the Education Committee Chair, and started with the opening speech of Aysun Zaman, Turkey Chapter Chair. It was an excellent organisation, very well routed and easy to follow the executive summary presentations, the clip of 52 mentor-mentee matches and the interactive session with mentors’ and mentees’ feelings.
The survey was completed by the leadership of LEAD Network Turkey with the 48 retail and FMCG companies participation in Turkey via sector specific. GlaxoSmithKline Turkey became the winner of manufacturers with 79% and Tchibo Turkey in retailers with 50 %.
MINI MBA PROGRAM
LEAD Network Turkey Chapter we’ve launched our first Mini MBA program in cooperation with Koc University. The program will take place between March-July 2021. We hope this program will provide an opportunity to gain more insight for the current retail and fmcg managers.
