LEAD Switzerland and EY are looking forward to hosting their first HR Roundtables in Lausanne on September 10 and in Zurich on September 12: “Getting the Right Women to the Top by Starting with the Right Recruitment Practices”.
The objective of the event is to provide a forum for discussion around gender diversity and recruitment practices within the Swiss Consumer Product and Retail industry. Our shared goal is to bring HR Leaders from the industry together, providing a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from one another and think out of the box on the possibilities to support women collectively as an industry with cross-company practices.
