LEAD Network Germany Chapter Event at Google – May 2018
The Northern Germany subsidiary of LEAD Network Germany hosted its first ever event on May 17th at Google Hamburg. More than 30 guests attended this breakfast session that launched this LEAD Network Germany subsidiary’s activities in the region.
Thorsten Hermes, Head of Strategy & Digital Transformation (Google Retail markets) introduced the Customer Centricity in the Age of Assistance. This is how is technology evolving over time @ Google. Moreover, participants gained insights into the role voice assistants and conversational commerce will play in the future and key success factors for companies to succeed in that context.
Google offered an exciting glance of what to expect for their future projects, which led to an animated discussion and a constructive exchange with participants.
The event ended with a pleasant networking breakfast where LEAD Network participants could continue the conversation.
