I joined the LEAD network because I believe strongly that diversity and inclusion drive innovation. Having been inspired by incredible female mentors and leaders throughout my career, I’m committed to advancing diversity and empowering women in technology. I am proud to be an ally for women in business. My passion for this cause is deeply personal; I envision a world where my 14-year-old daughter grows up in an environment that nurtures her potential without limitations, where her dreams can flourish regardless of gender.

I joined the LEAD network 2023 after seeing the energy that came back into Unilever after the conference and CIO Roundtable in 2022. Getting the opportunity to volunteer as part of the LEAD Network now means I can be a part of creating and sharing this energy with a community of people passionate about driving positive change and growing opportunities for women in Digital – to join, thrive, and lead!

I strongly believe that we can change status quo if big players around the globe join forces. I consider it an honor to bring in my thoughts, my network, positive energy and concrete actions that we will discuss and work on as a global team.

I dream of a world in which we don’t need to have conversations about gender equality. A world in which girls don’t drop their STEM subjects during their adolescence. A world in which women progress in their careers at the same pace and based on the same meritocracy as men. A world in which little girls are not told to prioritise looking good over being smart or having fun. But I know dreams only come true when ideas meet action, I am here to drive the change I want to see in the world.

I have been passionate about promoting female leaders and gender parity for a long time, and have been an active member of LEAD Network for a few years now. I am keen to help drive this agenda across the digital industry, and hope my role on the digital chapter allows me to play even a very small role in this movement.

Leading the change to ensure women thrive in the digital tech world is not just a matter of equity; it’s a strategic imperative. When we empower women in tech, we unlock a wellspring of innovation, diversity, and talent that propels us all into a brighter future. Bringing together change makers and women allies on the LEAD platform allows us to collectively transform challenges into opportunities and make the future of tomorrow a reality today
