On 15th March,2016 we had our 1st LEAD Network Event in Spain.
During the session, Sharon Jeske, Executive Director of LEAD, presented the LEAD organization and the plan for 2016, which includes launching of 3 chapters (Spain, UK and Turkey) and the big LEAD event in Dusseldorf later in the year.
Adriana Vazquez, Global Director of E-Commerce at Sealed Air Diversey Care and Head of LEAD- Spanish Chapter,presented the success story of Sealed Air´s WIN (Women’s Initiative Network), an employee resource work organized to promote diversity and attract, retain and progress the women in the organization.
Diane Tucci, Vice President and Country Manager of Costco Wholesale in Spain, presented “Journeys” an initiative that has more than 10,000 members worldwide. The objectives, among others, are to increase the confidence of women to achieve executive positions and make leaders and employees understand and value the importance of differences within the company.
