Sessions in this track are aimed mainly at HR and D&I professionals as well as leaders who are looking to make a difference and are looking for insights and leading practices to drive gender equality at in their organisations. We’ll feature experts and thought leaders as well as practical examples, tips and case studies from our Partner organisations.
Personal & Career Development Track
Sessions in this track are all about helping you grow as a leader and develop the skills to drive your career. A specific focus will be on the topic of inclusive leadership and we’re providing a platform for participants to connect and learn from some of the inspirational leaders in our sector.
Trends & Innovation Track
We’re also putting the spotlight on two specific functional groups “Supply Chain” and “Sales and Buying” where there will be opportunities to discuss key topics, get diverse perspectives from experts across the industry, connect with female role models and discuss how we can attract, retain and advance more women in these professions.
