On November 7th, 2019, LEAD Network Turkey’s monthly breakfast meeting was hosted by Ozay Law Firm. The founder, Attorney Merter Ozay, one of the LEAD Network Turkey founding members, along with the President of Supervisory Attorney Gozde Karahan Turan and Attorney Eymen Aybaykal, shared their expertise on diversity and inclusion and gender parity from a legal perspective.
Starting from the historical process of woman gaining rights to vote and to be voted law passed in 1934 in Turkey, elaborated on current legal arena.
Atty. Ozay, “As a law firm of which the 80% of the employees are women, we are very aware of the value women add to the business life and find it very rewarding. We are very proud of the cooperation with LEAD Network Turkey and happy to share our expertise and knowhow with the actively participating and successful business people attending to the meeting today”.
LEAD Network Turkey President Aysun Zaman said “We have recently started to receive tremendous interest in our foundation” Zaman mentioned that the number of corporate members increased to 31 and many are in the pipeline. She also shared her observations during the GPD – Food Retailer Foundation Congress and Private Label Summit where she attended as a speaker on behalf of LEAD Network Turkey and expressed her appreciation for the increasing awareness towards diversity and inclusion.

The following monthly meeting, dated December 5th, 2019, will be hosted by one of the Turkey Chapter’s corporate partners, Bizim Toptan which was incorporated in 2001 and started its operations in 2002, is now the biggest Cash & Carry player in Turkey by means of number of stores and accessibility. 18th December – LEAD NETWORK TURKEY NEW YEAR PARTY
LEAD Network Turkey Chapter is ending the 2019 and welcoming 2020 with a party. The party date is on December 18th, 2019 at Portaxe by the Boshphorous.All LEAD Network member are invited to the party which is believed to be even more fun than last year.

9th JANUARY 2020 BREAKFAST MONTHLY MEETING
