Inclusive leadership is the critical skill needed for success in today`s world. A vital and powerful capability that gets the best out of a diverse organization and of each individual. An inclusive leader creates an environment where disagreement is viewed positively and where the value of someone`s ideas is not a function of seniority, share of voice or any diversity metric. The greatest enemies of constructive dissent are indeed prejudice and bias, which hold women back from contributing or having their contributions acted on.

Geraldine Huse, CEO and Chairman of the Board for P&G Central Europe, will share her experience in acting on unconscious bias and creating an inclusive culture where women can thrive and achieve their full potential. Throughout her career in P&G and a number of senior leadership roles covering markets across Europe, Asia, IMEA and America, Geraldine has championed diversity and inclusion, pioneering efforts to address the gender balance in leadership roles and promoting inclusive leadership as the unique way to succeed in the age of disruption.
