Gabriele Riedmann de Trinidad is Founder and Managing Director of the platform3l GmbH, a German EdTech. After graduating with a diploma in electro engineering, she worked for Siemens, Telekom and Metro. She has more than 25 years of experience in shaping the digital transformation from midsized to DAX-companies around the globe – from the development of strategies to the digital evolution. In her eyes, the key to the successful digitalisation of companies is that all employees need to be actively prepared for the digital world and the journey into the digital future.
