With extensive experience across multiple geographies in Europe and North America, she is known as an innovative and results focused leader with repeated success transforming businesses to deliver strong top and bottom-line growth.

Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of EMEA Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) division, she holds responsibility for close to a billion-dollar regional B2B business, which provides solutions to organizations including hospitals, large scale office buildings, industrial manufacturing and the hospitality sector. Olena provides the energy and leadership needed, to rally the organization behind the KCP vision to Create Exceptional Workplaces® and empowers the team, across the region, to develop and take action to grow the business, by delivering best in class customer experiences.

Olena’s passion is talent development, she mentors numerous individuals at all levels within the organization across many geographies. Olena believes in embracing diversity and creating an inclusive work environment everyone can reach their full potential.
