During our Panel discussion with CEOs from across the sector, we will explore their perspectives on the gender equality discussion. We’ll ask them to share their personal experiences and views on how organizations play a role in both their interactions with female consumers and employees including corporate policy and messaging. Insights into female consumer sentiment in areas like convenience, sustainability, technology, health and social good will highlight challenges and opportunities for organisations seeking to engage this increasingly important consumer segment.

Finally, we’ll also ask them to share their personal insight into whether and how they see the equality story changing and what they as individuals are doing to promote change in their own companies and drive results.

Driving Innovation Through our People and Culture Deal

As the world becomes more connected and digitised, consumers demand more from brands like RB.  To outperform their competitors, it’s critical they are at the cutting edge of innovation and create products to delight and win consumers. However, the consumer experience starts with activating the right employee culture that allows innovation to thrive across every aspect of our business. Through studies and workshops with Harvard, RB has learned that when tasked to innovate, teams with diverse members who value the contributions of all team members outperform homogenous teams.
Find out how RB created a People and Culture Deal for its employees, created by employees, for employees and the impact this has had on the business.

Authentic Leadership – Be All You Are

We talk a lot about authentic leadership and being yourself at work, but it’s not always easy in practice, especially as sometimes, who we are changes throughout our life and career. Our speaker has had a seemingly normal career for the first 20 years of professional life in management consulting and general management, until he confronted himself about who he really was a human being and decided to make a transition. While in the role of CEO at ICA Group, Caroline went through a gender transition, a step that’s been, well… life changing.

After living and leading a business as a woman for one year, Caroline now has a unique perspective about what it’s like in the business world today to work as a man and as a woman. She’ll share her reflections about gender equality and inclusion, how her view has changed over the last 12 months and how this new perspective is impacting her own behaviour as a leader of business.
