Monday 18th November is our LEAD-Up Day

Choose from a variety of à la carte sessions, some of which are free for LEAD Network members. Other events can be added to your conference ticket and attended separately. The day will end with our Networking Dinner and Awards Ceremony.

Tuesday 19th November is our full conference day

Join us for a deep dive into our theme of ‘Doing Not Trying: Results Matter’! At an organisational level, it’s all about taking real action to create a more diverse and more inclusive environment for your employees, your customers and society overall. At a personal level it’s about inclusive leadership and role modelling inclusive behaviour on a day-to-day basis to set a positive and inspiring example for others.

Our event will be taking place in the newly renovated 4* Novotel Madrid Centre is in the elegant Salamanca district of Goya, a 5 minute walk from the Retiro park and 11km from the airport (and 200 metres away from the 24h Airport Express bus stop). Our group rate has expired, but you will find a number of nearby hotel options below if you do not want to stay in our conference hotel. 

The Davis Cup is taking place in Madrid on the same dates as our conference and rooms will start increasing in price quickly! So please book your hotel room soon.
