France Chapter Committee Members

I grew up with two girls. My sisters and I were equally pushed in our hobbies and studies. I admire my parents capacity to guide us with fairness in our lives.

Today, finding the perfect “équité” is a challenge for me as a two-children-father (one girl/one boy), but also as a manager of a diverse team with unique personalities. Giving equal chances to succeed to diverse people, men & women, in their career and in life, is not an easy journey and the simplest approaches can sometimes be counterproductive. This motivates me every day to listen, learn and adjust my behavior and trying to be a role model for my team and my family.

I have been engaged with LEAD Network since the very beginning, and strongly believe in promoting a diverse workforce, which can unleash potential and create both personal and professional value. As a mother of two boys, I realise the importance of education, building awareness and creating opportunities in which to empower both men and women. I am excited to be able to contribute by working through LEAD Network to promote diversity and inclusion and to create the best possible environment in which to work.

At Carrefour, everyday we work towards giving each person access to equal opportunities through growth, training and career advancement. Our Campaign #JeVeuxJePeux is a good illustration. I see my new role as part of the LEAD Network, as a way to leverage this ambition on a broader scale. The topic of diversity reaches each and everyone of us, our field of possibilities is fantastic!

I am thrilled to be part of the LEAD FR Chapter committee as I am passionate about empowering women to achieve what they want as creating a work environment where all individuals can thrive and achieve their full potential. Working with people with diverse personalities, background and aspiration is a chance and an asset which deserves to be promoted and encouraged.
