An Claes is Vice President, Deliver EMEA. In this role An and her team are accountable for the ‘last mile’ delivery of all Johnson & Johnson’s products in EMEA including transportation, warehousing, import/export, customer service, and customer solutions for all three sectors (Consumer Health, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals). An is a Commercial Engineer by education with a Masters in Operations Management, and she joined J&J in August 2018 as Vice President, Global Supply Chain Planning for Consumer Health. Prior to Johnson and Johnson, An started her career as a consultant with Accenture, but spent most her career with Nike, where she worked across all dimensions of the supply chain, from front-line retail to distribution, manufacturing and sourcing. Her best days at work are when she engages with and learns from emerging talent, and sees others succeed. An is the proud mother of 3 children, who moved continent with her 4 times, and they took a year out from work and school to travel the globe. Her passions are to explore, to dance and ski. An is a native Belgian but currently lives in Zug, Switzerland.
