RB is delighted to invite members of The Netherlands Chapter to a workshop empowering women and individuals to create a positive shift in their career to achieve career aspirations and goals.

What will you learn?

The workshop will help you to become more self-aware including through a ‘gender’ lens, increase social awareness starting with body language, energy states/transmission and the impact of these and finally a deep-dive into gender response patterns, ego states that lay behind these and what we can do as both men and women to get the very best out of ourselves and others. This a fun, highly interactive seminar to support women and leaders of women to increase confidence to help maximise performance and build great relationships.

Francis Hoefman, Senior Vice President HR at RB looks forward to welcoming you. This will also be an opportunity to meet the incoming Netherlands Chapter Co-chairs, Valerie Kakebeeke-de Bruin, Supply Chain Executive at Unilever and Anne Guit, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ahold Delhaize.

• Make conscious choice around how we physically ‘show up’
• Manage our energy levels and build stronger ‘presence’
• Increase awareness around our response patterns when ‘triggered’ and the patterns of others
• Build choice around consciously responding with intention
• Consciously create the impact you choose
