The case for gender equality is a clear one: it’s good for business, it’s good for us as managers, and it’s good for society. But achieving a gender inclusive, bias-free workplace is not easy. To be successful, we need the full engagement and commitment of everybody. It requires the leadership and voices of all employees across all levels, and from men and women alike.

The majority of initiatives for gender diversity are still mostly supported by women. For too long, gender inclusion has been framed as a women’s issue, overlooking the role that men play as champions of change.

Gender diversity is an issue shared by men and women and a truly inclusive workplace is only possible when both genders commit to make a change.

Please attend the session with a person from the opposite gender. That way we will have 50:50 men and women.
This webinar is for LEAD Network members only. If you are not a member, please register here. Membership is free.
