Welcome to the Spain Chapter
Our Chapter’s mission is to foster female empowerment and gender equality in the Spanish consumer goods and retail sector. To do so, we focus on three pillars:
- Women role model, connecting women in the industry and learning from each other
- Male advocate, improving male engagement for women’s advancement
- Retailer engagement, fostering female empowerment in an industry that has been historically male-dominated
Since our Chapter launch in 2016, our membership has grown to more than 1300 active members. If you are interested to join our Chapter, please login our Member Platform and request to join the Spain Chapter.
