The LEAD Germany Chapter Committee kindly invites you to its first event in 2019!
Everybody is familiar with mentoring. It is a personnel development tool that is used in companies, above all for transfer of knowledge and experience.
Usually the mentor, the more experienced person, passes on knowledge to the mentee, the less experienced person. The goal is to support the mentee in his/her personal and professional development.
But is that it? Or does mentoring actually have more facets? Can mentoring be learned? As a mentor and as a mentee? And is the added value measurable?
We would like to discuss these questions with you and the HR start-up ROCK YOUR COMPANY. Join us for this exciting evening in the heart of Frankfurt’s city centre at Elaine’s Deli, where we will build on previous events that focused on the relevance of mentoring in the context of diversity, women’s development and inclusion.
The spring event with the title “How Can We All Be Role Models?” will explore the importance of role models in driving gender diversity and help us learn how to be successful role models.
