Helayne Angelus is a Partner with Kalypso and former Vice President of Customer Business Development with Procter and Gamble. Helayne has led high performing diverse global teams totaling over $3.5 billion in sales. Helayne has recently co-authored a White Paper on Collaborative Innovation harnessing her 30+ year expertise in the CPG and Retail Industry.

As a founder and past president of the Network of Executive Women, Helayne was a NEW Officer for over nine years, She lead NEW’s explosive growth to over 73+ companies, 3,500 members and 17 regions. Helayne’s vision and leadership of NEW enabled the value added national programming, sponsor growth and regional expansion. This includes the creation of the Annual Summit, Multicultural Initiative and the Executive Leader Forum. In 2007, she championed the publication of the NEW Woman Rules, a groundbreaking book which highlights over 50 senior female executives offering their mentoring wisdom.

As a Partner at Kalypso, a professional services firm dedicated to bringing innovation to life, Helayne has helped many Fortune 50 companies in their Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion efforts. Helayne is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University.

Helayne is married to Michael Friedman and has two grown children, Mariel and Zach.
